Signed Category A projects after Nov. 1, 2010
Disclosure
Under its disclosure policy, EDC provides details on those Category A projects approved for support including: the date of public notification of EDC’s consideration of support, the date the project was approved for support (date of signing), the country where the project is located, the project name, general description of the project, the project sponsor, and the applicable environmental standards and type of environmental information reviewed.
Effective Oct. 26, 2007, EDC is also publishing environmental information on signed Category B projects. For a list of Category B projects approved for support, click here.
Transaction-related information associated with these projects can be found in the area individual transaction information.
If EDC is unable to provide public notification 60 days in advance of its support for a Category A project, a justification is provided. To view a list of Category A projects where prior disclosure was for a period of less than 60 days, click here.
