Trade Expansion Lending Program (TELP)

We deliver this solution in collaboration with your financial institution to help you access additional working capital.

Talk to your financial institution to determine if TELP, or another EDC solution, is a good fit for your financing needs. If your lender doesn’t offer TELP, they can still work with EDC to find additional ways to support your growth.

Trade Recovery Guarantee

Trade Recovery Guarantees are administered by participating financial institutions. This temporary solution ended for new transactions on Dec. 31, 2022.

Canadian Emergency Business Account (CEBA)

The Government of Canada's Canadian Emergency Business Account (CEBA) program is no longer accepting applications.

Business Credit Availability Program (BCAP) Guarantee

The Business Credit Availability Program (BCAP) Guarantee stopped accepting applications on Dec. 31, 2021.
