Philippe Beaulieu is CEO of Mecademic Industrial Robotics, a Montreal-based company that designs and builds compact robots to help businesses boost productivity, reduce costs and improve the quality of their products.

As CEO, Beaulieu spearheads Mecademic’s international growth and distributor networks across key precision manufacturing markets. He joined in 2022 as executive vice-president and chief commercial officer, before being promoted to CEO in 2025.

With more than two decades of experience in scaling tech and industrial businesses, Beaulieu has held several senior positions at Psion Teklogix (now part of Zebra Technologies), a global provider of mobile computing, wireless data collection and real-time data management, as well as Librestream Technologies (cloud-based AR/video collaboration) and Coppernic (mobile enterprise solutions for identity and asset tracking).

He holds a master of Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University and bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Ottawa, with executive training from Kellogg, INSEAD, UCLA and Stanford University.
