Mélanie joined Export Development Canada in 2005 after graduating from Ottawa University. For nearly a decade she worked as an account manager/senior account manager, identifying and delivering innovative financing, insurance and risk management solutions to Canadian companies, helping them expand their business internationally.

In February, 2018 Mélanie joined EDC’s knowledge business team as partnership lead. There, she helps develop and deliver an expanded solution suite that goes beyond financial products. These new offerings will address a wider spectrum of Canadian businesses’ needs, and will help achieve EDC’s mandate of becoming more relevant to more Canadian companies.
