Brian Gordon is a Senior Innovation Advisor at Innovation Canada. With over two decades of experience in innovation strategy, business development, and international expansion, Brian is passionate about driving growth in Canada's technology sector by supporting ambitious, fast-scaling Canadian businesses access crucial government services and partnerships to thrive in the global market.

Prior to his current role, Brian served as VP of Business Development, Growth and Innovation at Colleaga, a startup that built an AI-enabled platform to tackle complex challenges through structured innovation programs. His diverse background includes entrepreneurial roles with Denmark’s LEO Pharma and Toronto’s Baycrest Health Sciences, where he bridged the gap between research and commercialization.

Brian holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a BSc in Computer Science from York University.
