Emiliano Introcaso is passionate about driving business growth through the development and effective operations of EDC’s digital products and knowledge tools.

In his role, he supports EDC's Export Help Hub, Company InSight and EDC InList to improve existing knowledge resources and the customer experience. He also produces high-impact webinars on a range of trade-related topics, including supply chain management and logistics, customs trade regulations, global business expansion, risk mitigation and international market entry strategies.

A teacher in the Supply Chain Management program at Sheridan College in Toronto, Emiliano brings his industry expertise to the classroom, providing students with practical skills and knowledge to succeed in the field. He holds two professional designations: Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) awarded by the Forum For International Trade Training (FITT) and professional logistician (P.Log) from the Logistics Institute.

He’s also an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) registered trainer of Incoterms 2020, holds a master of business administration (MBA) in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton and is a champion for Canadian businesses, dedicated to helping them thrive in the international market
