Benedict Wray's practice focuses on international and commercial litigation and risk advisory work and a significant part of his practice involves environmental, social and governmental issues. He has experience in business and human rights, international law, and international investment arbitration. He is dual qualified in the United Kingdom and Canada and has a detailed working knowledge of the legal systems of France and the United States. He is leading the firm’s involvement in consultations with the Canadian government on proposed modern slavery legislation and has also participated in consultations and high-level meetings on the proposed Canadian Ombudsperson for Responsible Enterprise.
